BTC update: BBK Cold Air Kit

We took a BBK 2011 GT Cold Air Kit and modified it to fit the Fox swap. We shortened the MAF end by 2 inches. We also cut off the tube off the back that originally went in to the cockpit of the 2011 and capped it off. Also to make sure we cleared the stock Fox hood we used a 21 degree elbow to turn the tube down coming off the throttle body. Works very well. Then we painted the tube to match the color theme of BTC.

One step closer! We cut the tack welds from adjustable cross brace so we could locate the bolt holes to the tranny bushings.

Replaced Heater Core & A/C Evaporator

Since we had the dash already out and planned to keep the Mustang for a long time and plan to plumb A/C in the future we placed both. Our threads on the evaporator were stripped so we needed to replace this part. You basically cut the box open and replace the core then seal it back up. Not for the weak of heart. 😉
